Shipping Policy

US Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, followed by 5–8 business days for delivery. The estimated total delivery time is 6–11 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather conditions.

Most orders ship via UPS. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

APO/FPO Addresses and US Territories

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses and US territories may take up to 45 business days after shipment. Expedited delivery is unavailable for these destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Returns and Return Shipping

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging included.

Customers pay return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. TZCZZC covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies.
